  • Yes! Clarity Rehabilitation is in-network with Medicare, and we aim to establish contracts with other private health insurance organizations. Please reach out for more information regarding your current plan and how we can accommodate it for you.

    Currently, we do not accept any Medicaid plans.

    If you are not covered by the specific plans we are in-network with, we accept private payment and can always provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • After the initial phone call/consultation, we will promptly verify your eligibility and benefits with your insurance provider. If your primary insurance is Medicare, a physician’s order is not required to initiate an evaluation, and your services can commence shortly after the initial consultation.

  • Clarity Rehabilitation offers services across the Denver Metro area. Please contact us to inquire about service availability and to discuss the most convenient dates and times for you.

  • We understand that cancellations happen, and it’s understandable! We kindly request that if you need to cancel, please do so with more than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee, along with 'No-Call/No-Show' appointments if we arrive to provide services and you are not at home. We will do our best to reschedule canceled appointments to a time that best suits you!
